1. Are your rooms kid-friendly?

   
   

   Yes. Our rooms are kid-friendly. Kids can participate in some of the puzzles but for others they may need the help of an adult. The rooms are not scary.

   
   

2. Are your rooms video monitored?

   
   

   Yes. Most every insurance provider for escape rooms requires rooms to be video monitored.

   If you need any assistance with puzzles simply ask the live host over the wifi-camera.

3. Do you have parking?

   
   

   There is free street parking in Downtown Edgartown. It can be hard to find so if you plan on parking give yourself plenty of time before your reservation. We are also a short 3 minute walk from the Church St. bus stop in Edgartown.

   
   

4. What is your cancellation policy?

   
   

   We require 24 hours notice for any cancelled reservations. Please let us know as early as possible though as we are unable to rebook your room while it is reserved for you.

   
   

5. Does Pirates Puzzle Escape Room allow dogs?

   
   

   Yes. At Pirates Puzzle Escape Room, we allow well mannered leashed dogs in our escape rooms while you play! Please email piratespuzzleroom@gmail.com to notify us you will have a dog.

   
   

6. Is Pirates Puzzle Escape Room open all year?

   
   

   Yes. Pirates Puzzle Escape Room is open all year. We are open more hours in the Summer but open most weekends in Spring and Fall. In Winter, text us at 508-988-5228 for a reservation time that works best for you.
